BoxFM is a sign-in-only service. We collect and process the information needed to provide authenticated access:

Email address; name or profile details associated with the account, when available; account identifier or user ID; password or authentication credentials during sign-in; and session/authentication token used to keep the user signed in.

The service also requests channel, playlist, and audio information from BoxFM.dk so users can browse and play available content.

We use this information to sign users in, keep sessions secure, provide access to channels, playlists, and audio playback, manage user accounts and service access, protect the service from unauthorized access, and respond to privacy, support, and account deletion requests.

We do not sell personal information.

Based on the current release, BoxFM does not use advertising SDKs, marketing trackers, analytics SDKs, crash reporting SDKs, in-app purchases, or third-party monetization services.

Information may be processed by BoxFM.dk services and infrastructure providers that are necessary to operate the service and deliver authenticated audio content.

The service sends requests to BoxFM.dk over HTTPS. Session tokens are stored securely on the device.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we use reasonable technical measures to protect account access and session data.

We keep account information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain account access, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Users may request deletion of their account or associated personal information by contacting info@boxfm.dk. Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, or legitimate operational reasons.

BoxFM is not designed for children. The intended audience is age 13 and older.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and publish the revised policy at this public privacy policy URL.
